Today I went to candy cane for my pre booked 12pm tattoo session for my son’s footprint tattoo. As I arrived at the studio the doors were locked and there... read more was no sign of it being opened. I messaged their instagram and WhatsApp and called the number on Facebook, google and Instagram. 1 number which wasn’t recognised and the other number that was either busy or the phone was turned off making me feel like they were only making calls to those they want to talk to and not contacting myself regarding my appointment. Prior to this appointment I hadn’t had any contact to say my appointment couldn’t happen. This is very unprofessional. They took my £30 deposit and didn’t even fulfill my appointment and have ignored my messages. I doubt I’ll be getting my deposit back which is ashame as I don’t have much money as it is. I definitely won’t be booking here again but would love an explanation as to why my appointment wasn’t fulfilled today.
